Tomato Cream Based Sauce (Serves 4)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cans (15 Ounce) Tomato Sauce
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Dash Of Sugar (more To Taste)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • Pasta

Preparation Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

Heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute for a minute or so. Pour in tomato sauce and add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Stir and cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Note: If the sauce is a little too gloopy and thick, just splash in a little hot pasta water to thin it out a bit.

Remove from heat and stir in cream. Stir in pasta and chopped basil and serve immediately. (Thin with pasta water before adding basil if needed.)

No shit fried rice

Ingredients (for 2)
1 cup rice / corn kernels / silver fish / eggs / shreds of cabbage or carrots (optional)

Steam rice with slightly less than 1 mark of water
Let it cool for at least an hour

Fry the silver fish and corn in olive oil lightly, take it out
Fry the egg with a little soy sauce and add in rice with all other ingredients
Fry with more olive oil and a little soy sauce to taste

Topping: Pork floss to garnish

Potato Pork Rib Soup Mmmm...


Ingredients

Lean meat for stock / Pork Ribs to eat / 1 onion / 2 potatoes / 2 carrots / corn / 2 tomatoes / corn flour if to be made into stew

Boil at full for 20 mins together with lean pork and pork ribs
(Boil at slow heat) Add all vegetables except pototaoes and boil for 3o mins
(Boil at slow heat) Add in potatoes and boil for another 15 mins

Add 1 teaspsoon corn flour with water and mix
Slowly add to mixture till starched level desired
Best served with steamy rice on a cold rainy day =)

Ingredients

Butter cup butter / brown sugar / 1 egg / cut up mashmellows / raisins / oatmeal or cereal / M&Ms / plain flour / vanilla essence / coccoa powder / baking powder

3 oz butter
3 oz soft brown sugar
- Cream till soft and light and white (care not to overcream)
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 20 min
Add 1 chill egg YOLK and cream
Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Add in rasins / oatmeal / mashmellow and cream

Weigh out 4 oz of plain flour + Add 16g of coccoa powder + Add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Sift them out
- Add slowly to mixture and cream

Grease the trays with butter and lay out cookies - the flatter the faster to bake
- Watch for 20-25 mins
